Give Your Head A Break With Luxury Pillows
There's a very simple fact of life that everybody has to acknowledge at point or another: you need to take care of your head, if for no other reason than the fact that you only have one of them and don't have another one to rely on if you break it or lose it (like you do with, say, an arm or a leg).
The human body equates very well to any complex machine out there. I like to compare it to an automobile. The more time you spend in maintaining it properly and taking care of it, the less time you have spend in time consuming (and often money consuming) overhauls and operations that could be otherwise avoided. The adage "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" coined by Benjamin Franklin (one of those really smart people that helped create the US Constitution) nails this perfectly on the head. Why lose your valuable time and money on something that you could avoid in the first place?
Starting with the head makes sense, since it's the place which sends out orders to the rest of the body. Take care of the head, and everything can work normally. Mess up the brain, and everything gets wacky really quick.
So just how do you take care of your head? You can't exactly do a lot of physical exercise for it like you can your arms or abs. Stretching it is definitely a good idea, but the single best thing that you can do for head is proper support when you sleep. If you're going to spend a third of your life sleeping, it's something worth paying at least some attention to. This is where pillows come in, specifically what some might term luxury pillows. The standard pillow out there does exactly what it's designed to do: provide standard support. Not much else that you can ask from it beyond that. But you're looking for something more, you'll want to explore the various types of luxury pillows available.
Luxury Pillows Types
Down Pillows - definitely on the pricier side, but thread counts are usually in the high 600s well up to 800, making them a dream to rest your head on. Probably the clearest definition of luxury pillows.
Down Alternative Pillows - the economic little brother to standard down pillows, these still deliver a comfortable support for your head at night. The only down side to these luxury pillows is that they don't tend to last as long as down pillows.
Hypoallergenic Pillows - these pillows are designed specifically for individuals that get sneezing fits with down pillows. They're 100% polyester fill. Replace every 2-3 years as they wear out.
Memory Foam Pillows - these luxury pillows have proven to be a great source of rest to people around the world since their introduction nearly 20 years ago. They conform to your head and go back to their original shape within a few minutes of getting up.
As you can see, you have a lot of options out there when it comes to taking care of the old noggin' with luxury pillows. Pillows are not a one size fit all deal; every person's body and head is unique to them. You'll have to test the different ones out there to see what will work best for you.

Is sham cover size and pillow to put in size different?
I had 20"x26" Pillow sham cover so I wanted pillow to put in it. I went to ebay and bought 20"x26" Pillow and a standard pillow came. It measures about 16"x20" but If I stretch the end it might become 20"x26", but I got refund anyway because it does not fit my cover. So does this mean I must buy pillow bigger than 20"x26" to put in 20"x26" cover?
Bring the sham to a bed and bath store and find a pillow that fits. Maybe you just got a bad deal on ebay?
