The Most Cost Effective Way on How to Prevent Wrinkles?
It's the same with your face, if you want to fight wrinkles and delay the onset of deep wrinkles, do a simple preventative anti-wrinkle skin care routine every day.
Recently, I attended a function at a golf club. Both the women and men ranged mainly in age from there fifties to late sixties. As a point of interest I noticed most of the men had terrible skin, exposure for up to 5 hours in the sun every time they played golf had wreaked havoc to their facial skin. Even though most said they applied sun screen and wore one of those baseball type hats.
I asked some of them if they had ever used moisturizing skin care cream, and they all said no!
Most of the ladies also had well worn skin and in some cases deep wrinkles. Their skin didn't look as dry and blemished as the men's but you could tell they had a lot of exposure to the sun and wind. Most of them wore makeup. When I asked some of them if they had a daily skin care regime, beyond applying and removing their makeup, they said no.
However, there was a lady around sixty years old who stood out and had a great complexion with few wrinkles and looked many years younger than her actual age. I asked her what she did or product she used to have such a nice skin. The answer didn't surprise me one bit!
She simply said from her late teenage years when she started using makeup, she religiously got into the routine of removing her makeup and thoroughly cleansing her skin, then toning it, and moisturizing with a good quality anti-wrinkle night cream. Again washing and cleaning her skin in the morning and applying a natural moisturizing day cream before her makeup.
She remarked with a smirk, over that 40 odd year time span, the only times she ever broke her rule, was when she had come home late from a night out with a few glasses of wine under her belt, and said bugger the makeup! And went to bed.
There you have it? You don't need to spend a fortune on how to prevent wrinkles, have unnecessary facial procedures, or buy the most expensive makeup or creams. There are plenty of good cost effective products on the market, particularly some of the new innovative companies promoting there range of anti wrinkle creams on the Internet at affordable prices, that do a great job.
In conclusion, don't waste a lot of money on expensive methods or products to fight wrinkles. Get into the habit of daily and nightly skin care maintenance. Thoroughly clean your skin, and moisturize your pores with a good quality natural anti-aging anti-wrinkle night cream. Then apply a natural moisturizing day cream before leaving home in the morning.

Makeup makes my 51 yr old skin show wrinkles and pores. Help..what can I do. Tried Bare Minerals and it did it?
I have tried bare minerals and Paula Dorf. My skin looks better without makeup because the wrinkles and pores don't show up as bad, but I want to have an even tone and only makeup can do that. When I put any kind of makeup on, a lot of wrinkles under my eyes appear and pores all over my face. Help!
I suggest using a primer before foundation. It really evens out the surface of skin so that foundation can be applied more smoothly. I recommend smashbox photofinish.
