Is it normal to eat this many grilled cheese sandwiches in one day?
I am 13 weeks pregnant today. For the last 3 days I have not been able to stay away from grilled cheese sanwiches. I mean, we're talking 6-8 sandwiches in one day. I am not afraid of the weight gain, I was underweight by almost 8 lbs before I got pregnant so the doc said to up my calorie intake anyway. Well I figured maybe my body needed the calcium so I decided to start drinking more milk. It helped except now I am eating grilled cheeses with a glass of milk lol. I try to intergrate different foods with it, like say a grilled cheese and an apple or a banana... so I guess what I am asking is are thier any adverse effects from eating this much cheese this often?
...you're making me want a grilled cheese. That alone is amazing since I NEVER want food. I'm jealous of those who can eat, most days I have to force myself to eat anything.
Sure, 6-8 is a lot, but I'd be more concerned if you were eating donuts. Plus, you're adding in fruit which is also something you need to up your intake of. The only problem I can think of with cheese is that it can cause you to be constipated, but up your fiber & fruit intake & that should help with any problems you may encounter with that.
I think I'm going to go make me a grilled cheese now. I think you've been more help to me than I have to you.
