Starting cosmetology school full time (8a-5p Tues-Thurs alt Fri & Sat)... good part time evening job?
I'm starting cosmetology school in a few weeks. Its full time, with Sunday and Monday being my days off. I'm looking for something to do some evenings and my days off, yet still get off early enough to study and get to bed at a reasonable hour. Not to mention I'd like to still have a life to date and see friends! I've considered waiting tables, retail and a few other things. Any ideas of places that are flexible and I can make decent money?
What about actually working in the field you're studying? I know a lot of salons hire receptionists and apprentices, and that would certainly help you get some of your cosmetology on-the-job hours and get to watch the pros up close and personally! I bet it would have a positive impact on your cosmetology education experience.
